FiberBase® Maintenance Options
With the initial purchase of a FiberBase software product, a 1-year maintenance contract is required which provides:
- Telephone support and email support providing assurance in the operation and utilization of the FiberBase software.
- Access to Knowledge Base – an online web-based tool providing user information on the use of FiberBase.
Extended support can be obtained through our maintenance service options. All options, other then Time and Material Maintenance, carry at least a one-year term but multi-year renewals are also offered.

General Telephone and Email Support – 8AM to 5PM CST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) – Unlimited

- All releases during the maintenance year
